Investments in the British Smaller Companies VCT qualify for intermediary commission.

Either

Authorised financial intermediaries will be entitled to receive an initial commission of 2.25% on the amount invested by their clients. Additionally, provided that the intermediary continues to act for the client and the client continues to be the beneficial owner of the Ordinary shares, intermediaries will be paid an annual trail commission of 0.5% of the initial Net Asset Value. This trail commission will be payable for a maximum of four years.

As an alternative to the above arrangement, initial commission of 3% on the amount invested will be paid without any trail commission.

Commission Rebates

Intermediaries may choose to rebate any or all of their commission, in which case an equivalent discount will be provided to the underlying investor.
