Existing shareholders
- In recognition of the support that our current Shareholders have shown over the years, any applications received from holders of Ordinary Shares will be given priority until 21 March 2008 and, in that time, will be eligible to receive a further 25 free Ordinary Shares for every 1,000 applied for under the Offers (or part thereof).
Shareholders taking advantage of this early subscription increase the immediate effective return after initial costs to 38.6%.

- New Investors who invest £50,000 or more, in aggregate, under the Offers will also be eligible to receive 25 free Ordinary Shares for every 1,000 applied for under the Offers (or part thereof).
